I’ve been taking adult swim lessons at Felix’s Swim School for about six months now, and it’s been an incredibly positive experience. My instructor, Dave, has created such a safe and encouraging environment that has helped me feel much more confident in the water. He’s a fantastic teacher—patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to share helpful tips and techniques to support my progress each week. I’ve seen real improvement thanks to his guidance. Highly recommend this school to anyone looking to learn or improve their swimming skills!

My son has good time at Felix Swim school in Markham. Staffs are all good but still such a shame David got transferred. I hope he will come back again. Also miss Angel.

My two kids have been taking swimming lesson at Felix markham for many years. One of the top swimming schools in York region. They have great instructors like George, David, and very supportive staff Angel.

Disappointing. Instructors keep changing and some of them are really bad. At one point, the instructor was what looked like a 16 year old boy, he was clueless and strange. I don’t feel my kid was safe in this school.

The other problem was, they keep the teaching to a very low level. Like, instead of teaching proper strokes, they just get the kids flip their hands in the water, like babies. I can’t believe I paid $800 only to have my kid regress. Before this class, he was swimming fine, now he refuses to swim properly, instead he does that flipping thing that they taught him, which is obviously easier.

I signed up my son here because we were late and all the spots were full at our regular place. I hope we can get into the other school for the next season.

Both our kids are learning here since they were very young. They started to be regular every season after the pandemic. They learn a lot every season. Alex is 9 yo now and he Is swimming in lane swimming a lot better than many adults as we go to lane swimming in the community Center. The teachers are very experienced to work with kids and are able to incite the love for swimming in kids. Love the place

Really awesome swimming school. My boy used to be so afraid of water. Even water drops on his face will scare him. The coaches here got him used to water, enjoying playing in the water and now he’s learning towards more and more advanced skills. Even the coaches may get changed but every one of them are very nice patient and professional. Highly recommended for kids learning swimming.
