My young-adult-autistic son has been attending Find Resources for 3 years, and the progress has been remarkable. My young man is like a sponge, it seems he absorbs everything around him, including people's sense of humor. Since Ivan deals with clients personally and closely supervises the treatment of other caregivers, I believe everyone receives patient and helpful attention while in that environment.

Over the years, my son has become more pleasant and patient with people and the challenges of everyday life. Despite the WhatsApp photo giving an impression of a super "Rock'n Roll" Ivan, it's hard to imagine someone with a more empathetic and tender temperament to deal my son.

Cheers, Ivan, also known as Mr. C. Your support has greatly improved the quality of life for our family. Thank you will never be enough. You rock!

My experience with FRC has been very positive. I admire their level of expertise in caring for special need persons physically, behaviourally and mentally, their kind, holistic and integral-type of care, their detailed observation and feedback, their dedication in providing safe and functional service tailored to the level of need, and their flexibility when needed. My brother loves attending this day program! The staff are very attentive and they often use my brother's strengths and interests to help him learn new skills. My family and I feel at peace when we leave Roger in Mr. C's hands 🙂

Supportive environment

During the time I spent as a practicum student with Findings Resources I was privileged to witness the unique approach in which to help individuals gain skills using client-focused methods. Non-verbal individuals are helped using their unique strengths and are motivated to develop skills always keeping in mind their and their families needs.
The environment is structured to allow movement and freedom for the client. The encouragement and compassion from staff give individuals confidence to explore and develop skills to help them and their families.

Highly recommend, I am father of an young adult in the spectrum, and I am very happy and satisfied with the care the owner Mr. Ivan has been doing for my kid. And so is my kid, he always want to come to the program and he enjoys a lot!!!!

Very accommodating environment. It's difficult to find a place like this for developmental disability services in the province, it has so many programs and technology supports. Friendly owner who has listened to our concerns and made a plan together with us, showed us regular progress updates with our family member. The program is personalized, though also encourages small groups to help attendees learn to improve their social interactions with others. Useful for afterschool purposes as well.
