I brought my Pfaff sewing machine in to be serviced, as I didn't know that they needed regular servicing and the wheel had stopped turning. Without really looking at it, I was told it was seized and not fixable, and they tried to sell me another sewing machine. After reading some other reviews here, I took it to a different place where it was serviced in 1 business day for less than these guys quoted me and said there was no issue servicing it. As someone who doesn't really sew much I was so relieved I didn't have to spend the hundreds of dollars that these guys were trying to get me to spend on an even older machine than I already had.

Super fast, Super friendly Service! I brought my Kenmore power head in for servicing knowing that parts are impossible to get. No Problem, Findley's repair team sorted it out in 24 hours. Excellent counter service and an all around great experience. Recommended!

My experience with Findlay’s wasn’t great. They didn’t treat anyone in my family respectfully, no greeting no nothing. When we brought two machines in for servicing he acted like we were a huge inconvenience. The guy wouldn’t hear our concerns and then would force us to tell him all over again simply because he wasn’t listening. Poor customer service. I’d be inclined to go to Kelowna for my next service. These guys are pretty rude for the only sewing dealer in town. They don’t deserve the good money we spend on our machines.

I went in the Findlay’s so that I could try out Bernina Machines in person, as I was vacationing nearby and don’t have a local Bernina dealer in my hometown.

The staff here are lovely and helpful. They advised that I purchase from a dealer closer to my home, as this will be helpful in learning the machine.

And even though they knew I wouldn’t be purchasing through them, they took the time to demo the machines I was interested in, answer all my questions and give me time to play with the machines.

Dear Findlays, if I could pick you up and move you next door to me I would be thrilled! Lovely service, great fabric, notions and patterns selection and most important, very nice people who obviously care about their customers.
