Worst Customer Service Ever. We went there looking for shoes and it took them ten minutes to notice us. Both of the staff members were trying to ignore. After that, when I made a choice and asked for another pair the lady, maybe her name is Laytaysha gave the worst stare.

Even at check out, she was really rude. Even though we bought our shoes this time, but wouldn’t be returning back as it feels like we are wasting our money if the customer service is going to be this poor.

Went to buy a shoe and stood there for 10 minutes looking for a staff to help me.But they just give me a stare and didn’t want to help .Left without purchasing anything because of the staff.

Stood there for about ten minutes just waiting INFRONT of the counter where you pay. When asked if I was checking out by an employee another one gave me the rudest stare ever. Before that, while asking for a certain shoe a different employee just gave me the cold shoulder and was very rude. Honestly disappointed.

By far, the dirtiest store in the mall. Very dusty shelves and floors covered in dirt. Spoke to the customer service representative and she didn’t even acknowledge me. Avoid.

My friend and I ordered sneakers from Foot Locker in Quebec. The box arrived beat up, and the stitching on my shoes looked like it was coming apart. Took them into foot locker at the Halifax shopping centre, the staff was rude, had to get his manger, the manger proceeded to tell me they couldn’t exchange my shoes for the next size up because they were “used”. The sneakers were shipped to me in horrible condition, and I tried one shoe on and they didn’t fit. The manager allowed the exchange this one time, but said it won’t be happening again. The staff doing the exchange proceeded to huff and puff during this process and then made a comment “next time, take the shoes back online and don’t bring them into our store”. Will be my first and last time shopping at foot locker.
