I took the full birth prep series and had Dana as my doula for my birth.

I would highly recommend the classes. They were exactly what I was looking for to make myself feel informed, ready, and prepared for the big day. I really appreciated all the instructors taking their time to answer my questions. The class size was small so I didn't feel lost in the crowd, like I had with online courses that I had also taken. It was also nice to get some hands on experience with learning breastfeed holds, learning different birthing positions, tips, tricks and massages, and exploring different newborn equipment on the market.

Dana attended my birth. She was excellent and providing me reassurance, reminding me of different positions to try, offering massages, and being a huge support to me and my partner. She also took amazing photos and videos of the day I met my baby boy. I couldn't be more grateful.

Would absolutely recommend! We had the support of Tarana and Dana for the birth of our second child. Our first baby was an emergency c section and I wanted try for a natural birth for our second.

Tarana was our primary support and was present for the birth of our son. Her coaching and guidance during labor and delivery was invaluable. She has a wealth of knowledge and many years of experience to share which made the whole process much less scary. With her support in labor I was able to have an unmedicated delivery

We took all of the classes that Foundations Massage & Birth Services offers. It was a great experience, we can honestly say that it did help us prepare for our first baby!
I also went for massages throughout my pregnancy and that was the best decision ever. Tarana is amazing and everyone is so kind! We highly recommend going here for any of the classes and massage therapy.

If you want to have an amazing support system during your entire pregnancy this is the place to go! I cannot say enough great things about Tarana whom we had as our doula during both of my pregnancies. It was one of the best things we ever did! She was available, supportive, informative, resourceful and simply put the best!

My husband and I took their birthing class series and it has been the best decision throughtout our pregnancy. Each class dived deep into each topic and we left knowing our birthing options and what to expect during and after birth.
Education is the best thing you can give yourself during pregnancy and I highly recommend this birth series, especially if this is your first pregnancy.
