I'm really disappointed that I've had to edit my review. I generally really love dealing with this store. There's a little older lady who I absolutely adore in the evenings (though I haven't seen her recently and it may make sense that guest service quality has dipped if she has left)

I shop here exclusively but after my experience being spoken down to by staff while trying to clarify a question today I will not be returning.

Makes sense why a new cannabis store is opened up down the way and able to keep up with the recent customer service experiences I've had in this store.

10/10 first time coming here, the store manager Britt was amazing! Very informative, super friendly and just all around great. Signed me up for a free membership and told me all about the product! Will definitely be coming back to four20 sometime soon

Used to love going there. Loved the staff, they were extremely helpful to until the manager terminated everyone without cause. After hearing how awful the staff are treated there, unfortunately, I will never shop at this location again.

Ive come to this location a few times and each time its a pleasure, today we had Brittany the budtender serve us and i love how friendly she was with a wealth of knowledge to help us find what we were looking for.

Love the store layout, prices aren't too bad, and the costumer service is unmatched! The manager is such a sweetheart!
