Only receiving a star cause I need to give one to leave a review. Abbotsford office is not very good. My nephew had to sit in a wheelchair that was 5 x too small for him. His case worker erwin gave no information nor any services to help the family out. Erwin was well aware of Jordons principal, a organization that helps indigenous families. Thanks to a indigenous health worker, she got my nephew a bed he needed ( which there was no help from Erwin) he also received a brand new wheelchair, and a brand new wheelchair accessible van. Very disappointed in Eriwn work ethics. My nephew suffered and went with out for many years, Erwin was well aware of this organization, he said NOTHING.

There are three things that make this place amazing.. The Staff, The Staff and THE STAFF!!! You are treated as family, not as a client. The facilities are well kept and always clean. The whole family loves it.
