Fuzzy pickles was a total game changer for our social butterfly daughter! She gained so much more confidence in herself, and her ability to be in a structured school setting. Now that we are onto week 2 of kindergarten, I feel the transition wouldn’t have been nearly as smooth without our year in fuzzy pickles. We cannot wait to have our youngest daughter join when she’s ready. I would recommend this preschool to any parent looking for a safe, encouraging, well structured school!

Simply an amazing school. Mrs M and Mrs R are incredible with the children. We are fortunate to have these ladies in our community shaping young minds. Both my boys were fortunate to spend 2 years each at this school and it was the best choice we made for them. They were more than ready for the transition to kindergarten thanks to Fuzzy Pickles. I recommend them to your young child 100%.

This school is fantastic! The thing I love best about Fuzzy Pickles is that is it so community minded. The decisions the parent board and staff make are all about the community, the children and families of the community, local businesses. I also appreciate that it has been around in Airdrie for over 30 years!! The teachers are fabulous! So caring and will always say hi to my sons when we see them around town, even though they haven't gone there for years.
When my son's went to Fuzzy Pickles, in the same location, but in an old modular building and despite not looking great, the 'feeling' we got from the school was welcoming, comforting, like a little piece of home.
Now that the new building is in place, the 'feeling' is the same but now the 'look' matches! It's so bright, organized, clean, open.

All 3 of my children attend Fuzzy Pickles and they all loved it and the teachers. Both Mrs. M & Mrs. R were great teachers to my children. They love teaching and love the kids just as much. All 3 of my children were totally prepared for school the following semester after graduating from Fuzzy Pickles. The kids have tons of fun while learning........what else could you ask for.

We love Fuzzy Pickles so much. Our little one has attended the school for the past two years. The teachers show a genuine vested interest in each child. They have a very 'we are moms first' style, and our kiddo has thrived and grown so much under their tutelage. The facilities are great. They are a real community mainstay and they are a non profit organization. Couldn't be happier.

Best preschool in Airdrie! My neice and nephew went here years ago and I remember picking them up on occasion and being charmed by the welcome I got!

When I moved to Airdrie a few years back, one of the first things I did was take a tour and sign my daughter up after hearing nothing but praise from my sister and her kids. I came in for the tour at the end of the day and was amazed at how clean and kid friendly everything was (Ms M. Was wiping the chair backs down and I was amazed at the attention to detail when cleaning). My first daughter went here for two years before moving on to kindergarten and to this day she talks about Ms. R and Ms. M and how it was her favourite school. Now that my younger daughter is attending my oldest is always telling her how lucky she is that she gets to go to "Pickle School".

I have been here through the Covid crisis and have to say that I am even more impressed with the cleanliness (and covid prevention) than I was before... Let's face it, preschool kids are nasty little germ factories... And by some miracle... Covid has never come into my house, despite the no doubt, best efforts of kids to be as gross as humanly possible.

I cannot say enough about the teachers here either. I first came with a child who was pretty anxious and easily frustrated but super smart... at the end of the two years the way she has chaned emotionally was amazing! She's more outgoing and patient and makes friends easily my second daughter just finished her first year and has gone from a child that didn't do much talking to a little chatterbox who will go on and on about the fun she had in class that day.

If you are looking at reviews and picking out a preschool here in Airdrie... Look no further... Because I cannot imagine a better school or better teachers to trust with these important years in your little one's life.

This school is outstanding!! The teachers are amazing! All three of my kids have done 2 years of preschool there. It's Airdrie's only not for profit, english speaking preschool. Which means the lowest rates!! Wish I had more kids to go there!!
