Replaced my lenses, see photo, when I complained about the gaping, the front lady said they were fine and yelled at me. No refund. FYI I wont be going back.

The staff was very helpful and patient to help find glasses for my 3 girls. The glasses came in within the week and they all love them!! They gave their opinions when my girls asked and they greatly appreciated their feedback when trying on all the glasses. Such a quick process, I was very impressed.

Unfortunately, last night I broke my glasses frame beyond repair. My husband and I are travelling from BC to NWT so time is an issue. I went in today and met Darla. After much searching she found a frame that would fit my lenses. I was so impressed with Darla and how she was determined to find me something and she did. Great job!!!!

This place is wonderful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. When I need a replacement pair of glasses it only took 4 days for them to arrive. You should definitely check this place out!

I originally came in to Peace River FYI doctors for an emergency appointment through Alberta Healthcare. While there, I just simply asked if they had anything to help with fitting a new pair of glasses I purchased elsewhere. They went above and beyond in helping adjust my glasses to fit my face way better than before! I will now be using FYI for all my future eye appointments! Thanks ladies!

Every time we have an appointment here I am so thankful for our switch to FYI. The team members are always so helpful and friendly - they all treat me (and my kids!) like a valued client. I despise picking out glasses but they do an amazing job at helping me to find frames that suit me and helping to narrow it down and even get another opinion to help out. I LOVE my new glasses but mostly I am so very happy with my prescription. I had ZERO issues when I switched to progressives and this time my prescription increased and again - they were perfect - the transition spots are great and the prescription is spot on! My glasses came in super quick too!
