Took my motorcycle here for repairs, after 2 weeks of waiting for a call back I called and asked how it was going. He said I could come and pick it up. The problem hadn't been fixed, the bike hadn't been touched. I couldn't bring it home without paying Morgan $200 cash. I wouldn't recommend.
Edit - this is a true claim. It was a yellow Victory V92C. You may remember it. It was about that time I took it in.

I bought my car a year and a half ago and it’s had its fair amount of issues, which isn’t much of a surprise since it’s used. Morgan and his team at garage inc have been amazing to me whether it’s just a small repair or something more complicated, I’ve had my car towed there on a weekend and when I called Monday to check in my car had already been looked at and given a diagnosis. Most recently my battery has been acting up and I’ve been stuck with a dead car a couple times, I had my battery replaced in November by Morgan and when it died the first time he replaced it again free of charge as it was still under warranty but about a week later it was completely dead again this time Morgan couldn’t quite figure out what was happening so he went above and beyond and drove it home for a couple days to see if he could catch anything he replaced the battery again in the end and checked everything. I am always pleased with the fabulous customer service and great prices.

Morgan is great, he’s so patient and took the time to source out snow tires for me that were a good deal and perform well.
My wife and I have dealt with Garage Inc. many times and we always receive terrific service at a fair price and the work is always done in a timely manner.

Morgan ,has been one of the best people to do business with my entire life I have owned a vehicle. Not once have I had any issues with his services and he has always gone the extra mile . He is very honest and will always give you his best advice in regards to anything concerning your vehicle or bike .On top of all this, he's just a hell of a guy . I always have a good time talking with him! Having Morgan and his staff as my automotive guys has been a very enjoyable experience. I would recommend Garage Inc to anyone.

Morgan's shop Garage Inc fixed my motor on my van for me and when I asked for the full amt that I'd have to pay if mpi didn't and was told $5000 for which I paid, got my van back and now 5mths later when I asked for a receipt as mpi needs it to show I paid for the repairs well now Morgan's shop won't give me a receipt because it was a cash job and I never asked for it to be a cash job. Now in order to get the receipt I have to pay for the taxes after the fact of me having my van back! That to me is swindling more money out of me! What a horrible experience with this shop and owner Morgan! Never ever again trust a mechanic!

The folks are Garage inc went above and beyond to help get us back on the road after we had a spindle snap on route to Nova Scotia from Alberta. Within minutes of arriving at the shop they were hard at work to source the *discontinued* parts (which were HARD to find as it was for a 2003 dodge diesel) and have the truck road ready within 24 hours of our break down. Morgan and his guys exceeded our expectations, they worked all day out in the yard to ensure we were back on the road ASAP. Couldn’t recommend this shop more! 12/10 stars!
