If you are ever in Canmore and wish to explore this beautiful city in a more leisurely fashion, the best way to do it is to rent a bicycle. And the best place to rent it is GearUp. The shop is conveniently located and easily accessible. The hourly rent is 20 CAD, and for the day is 65 CAD. So if you are planning to keep it more than 3 hours, consider renting for the entire day, since the city offers a lot of panoramic views at different times of the day. The shop opens at 9.00am and closes at 18.00. The staff here is very friendly, and will help you out with all your questions and requests about the bicycle. They will fix the bicycle to your height and comfort. They have a variety of good quality cycles for all ages, they come with helmets and repair kits and an air pump. Don't forget to ask them for a lock so that you can lock up the cycle when you roam around at the viewpoints, or go into the various shops in the market sqaure, or simply wish to lock it up at any cycle parking stands overnight. Do visit the shop and rent their bicycles for a memorable day exploring around Canmore.

E bike rental is the best way to see the area and this is absolutely the best place to rent them. The staff at the shop made the process so easy we were in and out in five minutes. Top notch service end good well maintained bikes. Highly recommend GearUp

We brought our boots, helmets, and goggles with us on our trip and just needed a snowboard rental for a day at Lake Louise. GearUp provided great prices on board rentals and booking online was super easy!! We made the reservation, got the confirmation, showed up at 7:30 AM to pick them up and the staff were super nice while helping us out. Filled out our waivers while they got the bindings ready on the boards, by the time we finished signing everything the boards were ready and we were on our way to Lake Louise.

Returning the boards was just as easy; came back, dropped them off, and paid for the rentals. In and out in 5 minutes. Not far at all from the slopes and if you're staying in Canmore you're already right beside them! Would recommend to anyone looking for an easy board or ski rental 🙂

Rented ice cleats from here. Super easy process, walked in, got them measured and then returned them the next days. The price is great and the service was even better. Highly recommend for getting any winter gear you might need on your trip!
