Our salesperson Avery helped us upgrade our appliances for our newly built home, as well as found us a great deal on a washer and dryer stacker that we were looking for. I had a washer and dryer delivered on Wednesday. I was unable to be there so my daughter dealt with the guys. She was a bit anxious but said the guys were amazing and quick. The products are awesome and I highly recommend them if you are looking for great service.

We have several appliances from here and always a pleasure to deal with. They have gone above and beyond to try and resolve our Panasonic microwave issue while Panasonic has been useless with respect to tech support. General Appliances staff have been very patient and persistent on the service front and I doubt we would see that level of commitment from another retailer. Fantastic place to do business. The service is good enough you should be willing to pay a premium, but you don’t have to because they are priced better than anyone in Central Alberta. The only place I would ever buy appliances.

I’m very impressed with the way this business operates, they worked within my budget, delivered , setup and adjusted to ensure that I was completely satisfied with results. The delivery guys were very knowledgeable and skilled in setting up the appliances and cleaning up the packaging. We phoned General appliance to look at our Frigidaire refrigerator. The technician was there the next day and able to come fix it within 3 business days due to parts. He said it could be two different modules causing our issue (fridge was getting stuck in defrost so it was heating up). They quoted us to fix both and we gave the go ahead. When he came to repair it, he has done more research and determined which part was most likely the culprit and so he only replaced it. Said to give it a week and see if the errors came back and if they did, he would return and replace the other part too. The first repair fixed it so they ended up being $300 LESS than they quoted us! They were so friendly and efficient with their service. Highly recommend dealing with them again!

Had an in home service call. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and friendly. We expected new parts to be installed, but a simple cleaning was all that was required. And he also corrected the oven latch problem with minutes.
*NEW*So impressed with the service, we bought a washer and dryer from them recently ***

This business and every employee I have ever had the good fortune to deal with are outstanding. They always make doing business easy. We required a repair on our dryer, which we bought there around 7 years ago. I called, they had the part in stock, and the service person was here a few hours later to do the necessary repairs. Shout out to Lambert! Excellent job and a great business advocate.
