Would not recommend. Landlord uses underhanded tactics to get what he wants from you, and dosen't keep good care of the property. Also has a bunch of his own personal items packed into one of the downstairs closets, and in the shed taking away from potential storage tenants could use. And was constantly harassing and threatening my upstairs neighbor while I was living there. Also did a max rent increase, and also tried to force us to take over utilities that were previously included in rent a few months after the rent increase which is illegal to do in the same year. Had a kitchen window that would let earwigs in all summer long for 2 straight summers that was not fixed, would only spray for pests around said window and leave it at that despite the seal of the window obviously being compromised and for them to just start streaming back in the apartment the following summer. On top of an illegal shower with no P trap that you could smell sewage through from time to time if the drain of the shower was not covered. Again, mentioned to landlord with 0 action taken. And to top it off gutted my kitchen when a leak happened leaving me without a kitchen for a whole month with 0 reduction in rent offered despite not being able to supply me the full apartment I would be paying for and forcing me to live off expensive take out for the whole month.

Highly recommend you do not rent from this outfit.

We've been renting from them for the last 3 years and have been more than happy with their service. Hands down best landlords we've ever had. Always quick to respond when needed and very fair. Hope to stay with them for years to come.
