I’m absolutely grateful for the guys at the shop. Got my 2 front tires swapped due to a nail very close to the side wall, so i decided to get 2 new front tires. A few days prior, i took my car in and they plugged my tire at no cost til i decided what to do. Thank you for being so helpful. You just gained 3 new customers on my end! Definitely recommend to visit them. Oh and thank you for the car wash!

The service was fast and well done but I felt the customer service from the counter guy Mike was very poor. He seemed very friendly to the other 3 customers who entered the store but was quite cold and rude toward me. I don’t know if it was a race issue but he didn’t seem too interested in any client contact with me despite coming off very friendly with the other 3 people who entered the store (all of whom were white).

This was also my first time servicing a European vehicle so I had came In excited for my first service and left quite unhappy. Would give one star if the actual service on the vehicle wasn’t as good as it was.

I’ve been a loyal customer for over 7 years, but after this experience, I’m seriously questioning whether I can trust this shop again.

I brought my car in because the rear passenger tire was losing air. I was told they wouldn’t fix just one tire and had to replace both rear tires. I agreed, but when I asked what was wrong with the original tire, no one could give me an answer.

Eight days later, the same tire blew out while driving ~30–40 km/h. I had it towed back and specifically asked them to check the rim. I was told there was nothing wrong, and they didn’t know what caused the blowout.

Less than 48 hours later, that same tire started losing air again. I left two voicemails asking how a cracked rim could have been missed twice. When I finally got a callback, I was told by Mike, "I don’t have time for this right now, just bring it on Monday, I’ll pay for it." As if this was about money — when I was clearly concerned about safety. I was even told a cracked rim couldn’t have caused the blowout, which is simply not believable at this point.

The only professional interaction I had was with Dave, when I returned on Tuesday. He was respectful and took the issue seriously — and I appreciated that.

But overall, I’m disappointed, frustrated, and honestly shocked. This wasn’t just poor service — it could have led to a dangerous accident. After 7 years of loyalty, I expected far better.

Glendale Tire Craft is always efficient, on time and honest we have been using them for years. I really appreciate the friendly, knowledgable, capable service delivery from the entire team, but specifically the Service manager at Tire Craft. Whether it’s changing tires seasonally , purchasing them occasionally for all of our four cars or oil changes we have always been pleased with our experience.

Attended Glendale Tirecraft September 19, 2023, to have new alloy rims put on existing tires (note: work was being done on a new 2023 vehicle).

Pros: friendly customer service, approachable.

Cons: see photos. The photo featuring the bike was taken last week showing clean tires. The other photo was taken after my visit to Tirecraft; it should be noted, this photo was taken after TWO car washes.

I called back on today's date advising of the discolouration on my tires. I was unsatisfied as my car came to the shop with clean tires. I was told to come back to the shop - I appreciated this gesture.

Once at the shop, the employee I dealt with on the day of my appointment said, "you had silver rims before. Of course it looks different now. Your rims are darker than your tires, so you're noticing the difference now". I was very put off with this comment, and I think he knew that. My tires are now a rusty orange colour - much different from the before photo. He then changed his approach by saying the original rims must have been rusty from use and rain which then bled onto the tire when being changed. I very much doubt my 2023 vehicle which I just got this summer had that much rust to cause that much discolouration.

He stated numerous times, "there's no way the shop.could have made your tires look like that". The conversation went nowhere.

I'm quite disappointed as I was so excited for my new rims.
