On the road custom cutting and they won't take a pulley off an in stock machine to keep me going! They want me to wait 2-3 days for it to come from Ontario. Nice customer service Kubota!

This place is the best. Our equipment blew a hydraulic hose while working in town and I was scrambling to get someone to replace it as I had no tools to do it. The team at Glenmore got it fixed right away. I am so grateful for their willingness to help out. Great company, great service, great people. Thank you so so much.

So far I can appreciate the service here. I was a little sucked in by the no interest and equal payments when I purchased a kubota only later to find out that it really isn't zero interest. You actually pay the interest in the marked up cost of each of the products you buy. Fair enough but I would prefer they be straight up about it and say, hey, if you can't afford to pay cash we can give this product to you for equal monthly payments and no interest but at a marked up cost. This way I don't feel taken advantage of or slighted. Apart from that, the staff are very friendly, at least in the back of the store. I didn't get a chance to meet the people up front. I had a slight problem a week into owning my new Kubota in that the hydraulics on the loader came loose and sprayed all over the unit and all over the ground. They did come out and fix it straight away although they didn't bother to wipe the hydraulics off the unit. I bitched about it as kindly a I could and they did say they would make it up to me when I brought it in for service.

Both Jordan and Bryce were good to deal with. Bryce showed us the kubota zero turn mower we wanted. He didn't try and convince us to go for a bigger or better model. The unit we bought looks well built and we look forward to using it for a long time.

Purchased a brand new Kubota ZD 323 Zero turn in 2014 from Clarence. Probably the best salesman I've dealt with on anything. He delivered it to my acreage and zero pressure if I didn't like he would load it back on the trailer and I wouldn't be out anything. Best decision buying that machine and great that I bought from them. Prices are better than Saskatoon

Horrible service in the shop. Been having problems with our tractor and it's like pulling teeth to get someone out. And now we need major work done which is still covered by warranty and it's been a month and still nothing is being done. Might be great to buy from but their service needs a lot of work
