I can't say enough about their service! I was quoted an amount for a repair to my car and a time line to have it fixed (a part needed to be ordered). CAA had to tow my vehicle to their shop... it was fixed the day they said it would be done and it cost exactly what I was quoted. The owner actually drove to our home, picked me up to retrieve my car! What an awesome family business... now that's excellent service!

We were visiting Goderich and got stranded with a broken down vehicle. We called this service centre and Jen offered to make time to inspect our vehicle. Once there, they diagnosed the issue, provided an estimate of the parts and work to be completed and, made time in their schedule to get us back on the road as soon as possible. The vehicle was ready by the end of the following day. A big thank you to Jen, Dawn and Steve.

The heater in our only vehicle failed yesterday, two days before Christmas and in the face of a very bad storm; to my surprise, they slotted me in for a repair the following morning and had the foresight to’ve obtained a thermostat the evening before so as to have it ready. They had me back on the road (and as a new repeat customer) in an hour, problem fixed and at a very reasonable cost.Thanks so much, Dawn (and Steve!) - will recommend you to anyone.
