Absolutely incredible customer service!! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. My kids had rapid strep tests done there and the pharmacist was incredible at developing rapport with my kids. Highly recommend supporting this pharmacy. Lots of staff working, so they were very fast also which was a bonus!

Staff were pleasant and friendly when I asked about purchasing wrist braces for my wrists issues.
They only had one size in stock so I tried one of them on for 10 seconds in the store and thought is was gonna work. When trying one on again later that day at home, it was way too small.

I tried returning them and I was told sorry we don't take them back. I only open the one and never even opened the second one, they still would not take 1 back.

Really irritated by this pharmacy for few reasons:
1st - when I purchased them they NEVER mentioned it was not returnable, it they would have told me I would have tried them on for longer than 10 seconds and would have tried both wrists. Also to mention that they only had the small size in stock, so I did not have other choice. I do understand, but if it's for a cleanliness/disease spreading prevention issue because it is a wearable item, then one of them never got open I don't see the difference if you are allowed to put them on at the store.

2nd - Would not take even the package that was not open. The staff did not even tried to see if they could take at least one back and told me it was my fault for not trying it for longer. Also they sell those for 40$ each and they are 50% less online. (my mistake for trying to buy local I guess, oh and online I could have returned it)

Thanks Gourlay, I now have bought different ones at a different pharmacy and I now spent 150$ when I am injured and can't work like normal.

I will not be returning to this pharmacy.

I never write reviews, but when I saw they only had one adequate review I had to correct it because the deserve much better! I have been using Gourlay's pharmacy for more than 20 years, and they have consistently gone above and beyond what you would expect a pharmacy to do. They remember details of my files, they provide excellent information and suggestions when called for. They are absolute professionals but also really nice folks. If choosing a pharmacy in town, I highly recommend Gourlays.
