We had a great stay at Green Gables! It’s an older place, yes, but very well kept, super clean, comfy bed, plush towels, and right on the beach. They also keep their section of the beach tidier than the neighbouring motels! Ken was very helpful providing recommendations for local activities and wineries. We’d stay here again next time we’re in Osoyoos! Thanks!

The first review I read here was negative & we beg to differ.
Green Gables is not new nor modern & this is the essence of its charm. Our place was clean & comfortable. The bedding & towels were first rate. Ken & Nadia were excellent hosts, kind & hospitable.
The view? Gorgeous!
Our negative? We wish we had discovered this place sooner & could stay longer….

What a dump. Stay away. I was shocked at actually in reality that this is NOT a resort but a dump. Reviews here that are positive are probably fake. Since staying here ONLY once, l can say this review is honest. I have been to another place on this beach in a large and truly more proper beautiful and clean resort at least six subsequent times since my terror stay at Green Gables and am shocked that the dump still hasn't been torn down and redeveloped. Just watch the owner creep up here and slag my honest review. This is a free platform here for reviews and l set out with my honest opinion for my well hard earned dollar.
Just stay away.

My parents met here as young adults and ended up getting married! Now 30 years later, we still enjoy our annual trip to Osoyoos. This place will always hold a special place in my heart, including the stories I wasn’t around for and the memories I’ve made for myself. Lovely and friendly place to stay that feels like home away from home.

We’ve been coming here for a couple years now and we love it every time! The managers, Ken and Nadia, treat us really well and make sure that our stay is always great. The beach is amazing. The rooms are charming and always very clean, and the new bed sheets they got are to die for and so comfortable. We’ve stayed at other places in Osoyoos but after finding the Green Gables we consider ourselves lucky to get a spot every year. Can’t wait for next summer! 5/5

We have been staying at Green Gables since 2009. We rate it a 5 not because it is new and modern. We come back because of the location and staff. It is rustic but very clean, and has friendly, professional live in management. Ken and Nadia do a great job. We have had to cancel the last 2 years because of family emergencies and Ken has been very understanding. We are so looking forward to our return this September.

Every year is better then the last. The hosts, Ken & Nadia make you feel at home and are always available if something is needed. The resort has been there for ever and ages like fine wine. The beach is groomed flat everyday. What else could you want. Already booked for next year. A true treasure on the strip. George & Joan

Clean air conditioned rooms next to the beach and close walking distance to both ends of town! My family has stayed at this resort every July for almost 50 years. I have been there every summer for 25 years, always on my birthday weekend. We have made a lot of memories here and look forward to returning every summer. Management is friendly and they are always available should you need their assistance. There are only 18 units and they book up quickly in the summer, I would recommend booking well in advance!
