Worst customer service I've ever seen. My wife had covid a couple years ago, and she was prescribed a steroid inhaler as her throat was swollen badly to the point she had trouble breathing. The pharmacy said the script was ready. I go there, and was told it won't be there until tomorrow. I call them the next day, I am told on the phone that the script is ready. I rush over there, and the same man tells me the shipment does not come in until tomorrow. Absolutely unacceptable, why would you blatantly lie TWICE saying the script is ready to be picked up if it is not?

I tried them one more time after this incident. I went and asked for a quote on glocuse monitoring sensors because my insurance company required a price quote from the pharmacy for me to submit the claim to see if it would be covered. I was humiliated by the female pharmacist and given the absolute worst attitude just simply for asking for a price quote on something that will make me live my life healthier. Sorry to bother you with my existence, I have now taken my business elsewhere.

I would rather drive 20 minutes to Belleville and deal with very kind, polite, and accurate service then ever to have to deal with this incompetence again.

Oh and if Mr. Owner wants to reply with a comment to try to save face, don't even bother. Your company is a joke.

Horrible horrible service. Called to let them know I was having a horrible allergic reaction and told them we would be there before they close at 6pm. I show up at 558pm and there were two employees inside and they had the lights off and doors locked. This is absolutely unacceptable by a pharmacy in Canada. When I tried to talk to them through the glass and show them my horrible allergic reaction. They still wouldn’t open the door and give me medicine. Absolutely do not go to this pharmacy because they do not care about you even if you are in pain and need medicine. Most pathetic service I’ve ever witnessed by health care provider in Canada.

I visited here last week and had a great experience with the staffs, especially Neethu who was able to prescribe me the medicine that I got really better now. Really grateful for their help and friendly service.

This is the only pharmacy I’ll go to. The staff are knowledgeable, considerate, and friendly. They take the time to help you out and are very conscientious of my concerns and patient with the million and one questions I ask. This place was always nice but it definitely went up a notch when they get their new owners a few years ago. Plus there’s usually a few good sales on every time i go. A++

I heard this was a great place. The pharmacist was a great guy. I guess he retired. The new pharmacist has no privacy standards. She said my embarrassing medical issue in front of a couple loud enough that they could hear. And she didn't care when I asked her why she said it so loud for everyone to hear.
Never again. Absolutely horrible

What a great local drug store! Friendly staff and well stocked shelves, it's a lot bigger than it appears from the outside.

Great local pharmacy. Chris the pharmacist is quite personable, he always goes out of his way to insure that I'm well informed with the medication I'm taking.
