As an elite level hockey player, H2T helped me improve my athletic abilities. After training with them for the summer, I saw significant improvement in my fitness test scores and on the ice. Thanks to my lovely trainer Sue, I was able to accomplish my own personal bests as well as show the most improvement out of my entire team! I feel more strong and powerful than ever!

Amazing result! Steve and Jose are very professional and they really know what they are doing. I registered my son there as he was a little slow compare to his soccer team mates. Now, after 3 months I can see his improvement when he easily cath up with others and he wins the most of the battles in his games.

Customer service at H2T is great! The gym is very well maintained, it is clean and inviting! The classes are fun to be in and everything is thoroughly explained by the instructor. If you have any questions or if you feel something is too hard or easy, they are open to that feedback and adjust the class accordingly. Overall an amazing facility with amazing instructors and service!!!

This was our first experience with H2T and it was outstanding. Both Coach Steve and Coach Brian are real professionals and very approachable. My son says he is truly enjoying the experience with H2T, both on and off the ice which is what this is all about. Thanks guys!

Excellent experience. Extremely motivation. Great gym for its intended purpose. Happy it is aimed for young athletes, as facility is less intimidating to youths. Unfortunately, we were surprised that there were no water bottle refill stations, given this is a gym facility. Overall, we were happy with the facility and the staff. Glad to see a female trainer to mentor younger female athletes.

So much appreciation for Sue and the H2T staff. Our son joined a few months ago and the elite training provided allowed great improvement in his soccer skills. Would recommend this team to anyone wanting to improve their game!

The Dryland Training was amazing! As a young athlete, I’m always curious about the way university and college athletes train. Now that I have been influenced by the H2T Elite Dryland Training, I feel stronger and better. The facility is amazing with multiple things to challenge yourself with. When doing training like this, it’s important to push yourself. But it’s not a problem with the staff at the H2T. If you want to train yourself to be stronger, GO TO H2T!
