I just left the most relaxing hair appointment of my life. I got a full head of highlights and added on a paraffin hand treatment. They did the hand treatment at the same time as the hair washing portion and O M G. The esthetician was so kind and Lauren was as skilled and careful as always. There’s no gimmicky stuff at this salon, the gals are nice and down to earth. It feels like they take good care of you because they want to. You should try it, absolutely.

I went to Hairapy today to freshen up my hair style. I noticed later when I got home Myah had cut off way more than the 1/4 inch I agreed to. She even asked if I wanted to keep the length, which I said yes. She dropped the scissors twice while cutting my hair. My hair was past my shoulders and now it's barely at the base of my neck! This was not my first time there, usually the stylist does a good job but not today! I am so disappointed. I usually pay $38 as I am a senior. She charged me $43 and I was good enough to leave a tip. This was definitely not worth $50. I am horrified at what was done. I will never go again, nor recommend this place!🥹😡

The salon is very welcoming. I’ve been going to Hailey for 2 years and she always does a great job on my hair and does exactly what I ask for. She helped me treat my hair and grow it out longer. Highly recommend!

i had booked in to get my underarms and legs waxed, and the underarms went really good! the lady was super nice! but both my underarms and my legs had a ton of wax residue left and was told that after 1 shower it should go away, which is not the case. i understand that most times there’s shorter hairs that can’t be waxed, but there was patches of hair on my legs that weren’t even touched, like around my knees, that was as long as the other hairs being waxed. i’m not super happy with how my appointment went, and i feel as if i paid for a full job, and definitely didn’t get the full job done.

I have only had one cut since the massive renovation. I will be back.
The spa is so gorgeous now. It seems to wrap itself around you. It gives you a feeling of peace and welcoming immediately.

Love it there! Wonderful staff! Great work on hair! And my gal got her nails done there, and loved it! They even have a beautiful puppy that hangs out there! And if your nervous about dogs they quickly put her away! A+
