Staff at Hali has changed and is still changing. Service Manager is no longer. My latest Service advisor is leaving and the one before that left. Receptionist is leaving as well. My sales rep
has also departed. I have a 2022 Durango ST. I had to have a brake job at 25,000 kms. Last summer my AC compressor pump went. A new one went in. Bandaid solution. My AC started acting up again, within the last month. Same sound as the year before. This time they spent a lot of time investigating. I’m now facing a $6000 plus bill. Km’s under 68000. Needless to say I’m not a happy camper. Brakes should not need to be replaced at 25000 nor should you total AC/heating go before 68000.

I reached out to the staff a month or so ago with a situation that was personal nature regarding a replacement key fob for a vehicle and was in contact Blaine which was the most caring and companionate person I could have asked to deal with. I recently purchased a 2023 RAM Sport from Haliburton Dodge and I have to say it was by far my best vehicle purchase I’ve had. I live 4 hours away and did almost everything online or by email. Tyler in sales was great and answered my questions quickly. Joel in financing made the finance end of it easy. When I went to pick the truck up it was all ready to go.
