This review is 2 years overdue, but good service deserves recognition. I had needed a new car after my previous car was totaled. Had visited many dealerships in the city, but am not terribly receptive to high pressure sales. My parents from Hanover stopped in and chatted with Donny. Over the phone Donny was able to find me a number of discounts and incentives that none of the other dealerships asked about. Although I lived 2 hours away, Donny was able to make it all work. I spent no longer than 25 minutes at the dealership (in which time a number of employees took the time to thank me for buying a car there!) There was no pressure, very laid back. Donny continues to check in regularly, and is on it within a heartbeat whenever I have a question. Thanks for all of your help!

Have purchased 3 vehicles from Hallmans over the past couple of years, and have had a excellent experience all 3 times. From helping me choose the right vehicle, to all the different options, never ever felt rushed. The owner is always friendly and engaging and ALL of the staff is professional and always helpful!! Terrible experience and shady customer service. Was in the process of trying to buy a vehicle with them and trying to put a deposit down on it for days and they went and sold it to someone else. The moment they found out that we had a gmc friend and family code they stopped answering and sold it to someone else within a day and wouldn’t let us put a deposit even though we had done everything else for trade in and working through paperwork.
