I recently took my mother to buy her first car on her own as this is something that was always handled by my late father. My family had been long time customers but hadn't bought a new car since Eric Hallman (the worlds most honest car salesman) passed away. We were a bit apprehensive thinking that the long time family atmosphere that Eric had developed would be a thing of the past. I'm happy to say that this is still a great place to buy a car! We worked with salesperson Leslie Strong who took the time to explain all of the features of the Cadillac we were looking at in a patient way for my Mom. Leslie has even called back a couple of times offering to go over anything else that Mom needs as far as the various features of the car. Once we agreed on a price we met with dealer principal/managing partner Shawn Turner who was also great. Shawn gave us a fair price for the trade in and was great to work with on the final financial details. He was genuinely happy to work with a family that bought their first car at Hallman's in April 1986 and many more since then. He gave Mom the special attention for being a customer of almost 40 years! As well as the great treatment from Leslie and Shawn, the new Cadillac XT4 is fantastic! Thank you to you both, we'll be back!

I bought my Ford Ranger from Hallman back in December and yesterday morning I had an issue with the tailgate due to ice/snow. I texted my salesperson Donny at 6:45am with a question and expected an answer in a few hours. He responded immediately and we went back and forth with the issue and he even sent a youtube video link that helped immensely. I had to make a service appointment and was able to get in in the aftn. When I arrived I discovered that it was Donny's day off. The fact he responded promptly on his day off speaks volumes! From there the service person, JD, was also very helpful and knowledgeable. The tailgate was fixed an hour later and I was just so impressed with the level of service from both of these gentlemen. Also, kudo's to the mechanic who worked on my truck as the tailgate now closes properly. This should not go unnoticed. Even though I bought a Ford from a GM dealer I was treated like it was their own product and that is a strong testament.

So was getting recall work done after when rear window exploded. The second they weren't making money off me there attitude changed. I've been a chevy owner almost my whole life. Couldn't make up their mind when I should drop my truck off. Went there got told it was a miscommunication and had to come back the next day. The people at the service desk almost got in an argument about the loaner vehicle. The guy did not want me to have the higher end loaner. Even though that's all they had. Oh and when I called to verify. Like I was told to do. To make sure they had a loaner the second time. Make the call was answered "what's the problem now". Like excuse me! Then they do the window. I have to sign something saying I would make sure the loaner is filled up with gas all that. I pick up my truck, it had to be driven to the glass place they didn't top up my tank. Then to insult too injury there's glass on the floor in the back seat. They didn't even bother to clean up the mess. What a slap in the face. So glad I've been loyal to this brand for 20 something years. Maybe I'll just go to a different dealership or switch brands

Extremely slow for service. Took 4 hours for oil change with an appointment. Took it back again for snow tire change, also had an appointment. Dropped it off and came back 2 hours later and still hasn’t touched my car and said it would be another 2.5 hours at least. Not going back.

Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, polite, and accommodating. Provided a courtesy car so we could run some errands. Checked out other concerns concerning updating GPS.

Jenn is bye far the best salesperson I have ever had to deal with she was fast right to the point and did exactly what we needed she had us in and out in 30mins with a test drive as well.
The truck is beauty and will be going back in the future hatsoff to hallmans! Best dealer around and the deals are also the best I've seen!
