This is the worst place to ask for help, they make you feel like you are garbage and try to shame you about why you are in the situation you are in. I called and ask for help with rent as I am behind the worker I got (Karlene Rowe) told me to send in some documents I did exactly what she asked. Because I am off work briefly she then told me in order to help me I need to sign a letter giving permission for them to speak with my doctor and get more info on my condition, this is after I gave a doctors note. When I told her this is illegal she got defensive and refuse to help.
Sometimes the best thing we must do for ourselves is suffer in silence as asking for help is more degrading than living on the street.

Call to show you that you can get subsidy if your income is low but if you live in it too room occupation but only one person is living here they want you out and living in one bedroom apartment. I’m over housed right now. I have an infection in my foot I have to go in for a surgery in a few months And spine surgery up near my shoulders verve I don’t know. I don’t know what they’re gonna do. I’m not gonna be in any shape to move. I’m just trying right now in the hospital and I can’t do. I’m trapped on antibiotics still since I got out in June 1 of June, I feel like a former feeling of myself feels horrible

Despicable how they treat human beings, raise rents without notification. Residents are left feeling like useless humans. As if they don't have enough going on. Staff are as ignorant as sin. They triple a person's rent saying they don't have enough information. Then finally reduce it four months later.
and do not reimburse the over payment back. WOKE mentality.
