I had my pool water tested by Pioneer Pools and received a good grade. Due to significant rain a week later I added what I thought was needed and had it tested here. I was told my salt level was low and to add 80kgs of salt. All I will say is google the required ppm of salt and compare it to my reading and their suggestion. Excess salt leads to corrosion is a fact.

Absolutely dreadful customer service experience! The employee lacked basic people skills and was consistently rude. It's baffling how such behavior is tolerated in a business that wishes to thrive. Mentioning that I owned an aboveground swimming pool seemed to exacerbate the situation, highlighting a disregard for customer concerns. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this establishment if you value quality service.

We frequent the store regularly in the summer to buy our pool supplies and have our pool water tested. The staff is awesome. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. Halton Pools installed a new pool for us last summer and the experience has been great! The crew was friendly and professional, and a year later the pool continues to be excellent.

Trevor replaced our inground pool liner, lights and all pool trim. It transformed the look of our old pool to look as if it was brand new. He and his staff arrived as scheduled, were professional, polite and efficient. We were very happy with the work and the pricing.

This is the worst company we have ever dealt with. From the beginning, nothing but problems. From quoting errors, to unreturned emails and calls, rude and unprofessional staff and so many excuses. Let me save you many headaches and stress.... Run the other way.

I don't think this company has any interest in building pools and clearly don't care about their customers. Very sad since we had a connection prior to this pool build. Our pool cover was ordered wrong, steps were put in too high when they were supposed to be bullnose edged, and they just had no interest in providing any customer service. For the amount of money you will pay for a pool, find a company who has their act together and will deliver in a reasonable time and listen to you.

2.5 years of excuses and no apologies for all the issues. Crazy that we have met so many people who have had problems with this company so I feel a need to share our awful experience. The sad thing is they never take responsibility for all their errors. They just stop responding and force you to live with their mistakes. Simply taking accountability for their actions would have smoothed many situations.
