Extremely disappointing! DO NOT ENROL TO HAMPTONS COLLEGE!!

I honestly don’t understand how they compute grades here. The grades shown online were fine, but when I received my TOR, the results were completely different and unpredictable. No explanation was ever given.

The diploma was printed on some kind of special paper, but the ink was so light it was barely readable—and to make things worse, my name was spelled incorrectly. It felt like they just rushed to print it without even checking anything. I had to request a new one because of their carelessness.

They keep posting graduation photos on social media, but the truth is there hasn’t been a real graduation ceremony since 2024. No event, no recognition—just a post for show. Apparently, there’s no budget for the newer graduates.

There was also no help with securing a practicum. You're basically left to figure everything out on your own, with zero support. Most of the teachers are unmotivated and don’t seem to care about teaching properly. It’s disheartening.

This school turned out to be a huge waste of money. I hoped it would help me build a better future, but instead, I’m now stuck paying off a student loan for an education that taught me nothing and led nowhere. It’s incredibly frustrating.

Lastly, the reception staff are rude and unprofessional. They don’t know how to properly respond to questions, and asking for help often feels like you're bothering them.

I would not recommend enrolling here. Look elsewhere for a better quality education and support system.

Am very satisfied with the knowledge I learned and the experiences we had during the practicum . I have recently completed a Cosmetology & Hairstyling course with the institution and i highly recommend the college. What i liked most is the fact that they tried to accommodate everyone to be able to attend lectures online and practicum in Class. The knowledge that i have acquired will definitely be helpful in the future when i start perusing hairstyling on my own. Lastly, i would like to extend my gratitude for both Lecturers. They were knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. Keep up the good work and wish my lecturers all the best in your endeavors.

I recently contacted the school to inquire about obtaining a copy of my diploma and TOR, as I had lost my original credentials after moving houses twice in one year. The receptionist I spoke with was incredibly unprofessional and rude. She bluntly told me that it was my fault for losing my diploma and that the school couldn’t issue another original copy because her boss wouldn’t approve it!

She sound rude. I was speaking to her politely, but she responded with a tone that suggested she lacked proper customer service training. She even drop the phone so loudly that it hurt my ear. Is this how you treat all your former students?

Yes, I studied at your school, and yes, my education was government-funded. However, that doesn’t give anyone the right to speak to me so disrespectfully. Still I paid for my education, and I deserve to be treated with courtesy, especially when I'm simply asking for help with an important issue.

This experience has left a very negative impression on me, and I sincerely hope the school addresses this lack of professionalism.

I am very grateful that she is my teacher, she makes sure that we understand her teachings very well and she's giving all her very best to her students.
