Great selection of items and good knowledge of products. I purchased demo model of my24 triumph scrambler 460 km on odo and was treated fairly. PDI missed a few things... headlight mounting bolt missing on left side of bike and ride side bar end hex bolt was stripped out that holds hand guard on the bar end. Used a bit of valve grinding compound for more bite and got it out/replaced to Other than that so far so good. Just did my run in oil change service at 833 km. Too bad my closest dealer is an 18 hour round trip or would gave had Headingley do the service. Will have to wait till next summer to have them reset my service interval on dash not cool; thanks Triumph! Dropped the ball on that one this isnt the UK. All in all im happy with my bike. Salesman Greg O'brien was great to deal with. Also Merve in parts.

Purchased a used BMW bike privately and brought it in to be safetied. Terry and his service team identified all the work it needed and completed the repairs fairly quickly considering some parts had to come from Germany.
I called the Service line a few times to check on progress and they were always professional and clear about next steps. They worked extra time to get me done by the weekend and called me at 5:30pm on the Friday to confirm it was ready. Lots of other shops might have deferred it to Monday and forgotten to call or left me hanging over the weekend. Terry and his crew let me pick up on the Saturday am and I got to ride my new bike that weekend.

Parts counter guys are great. Very friendly and helpful. Service guy, Terry, has treated me fairly and honestly, nice guy. Mechanics Dave and Rick are skilled and know their stuff. Tony in warranty is a good guy. Overall, very happy, love my bike and this dealership seems to have it together

Was told 2-3 weeks for a complete engine rebuild depending on parts before I dropped it off. Dropped snowmobile off before Christmas and it wasn’t done until March 8th resulting in me missing my entire riding season. Left side panel was damaged by them in that time, entire engine bay was completely filthy like it had sat outside for weeks. (Sled has always been stored indoors and has always been spotless). Electrical issues after getting back as I now lose my engine temperature reading on my gauge sometimes. Sled also has less compression now than it did before the rebuild with 7000 miles. When I picked it up no one there could give me any answers to any of my questions because no one knew anything about the work done on my snowmobile, no manager present. Emailed manager about all these questions I had about the damage and the issues I brought up, couldn’t even take the time to get back to me or respond. On top of all this they are only willing to warranty the work until the end of January 2025 or 500 miles, whatever comes first. Completely unacceptable service for a $5500 bill. Will never be going back there and would never recommend them to anyone. Should be 0/5 stars.

Fantastic buying experience left me completely satisfied and eager to recommend the dealership to others. Don and Tony provided great customer service. I started my buying process from an online inquiry and was contacted promptly the next morning. Don was my sales advisor and helped guide my decision and provided information on questions I had. Tony was the finance representative I worked with and was clear and forthcoming on all aspects of the purchase. Overall a great experience from start to finish. Night and day difference compared to the Harley dealership. Hands down if you're looking for a new/used bike, this is your destination.

Currently crossing Canada on my bike. Popped in to ask if they would give my bike a once over before I head west to Calgary. They checked everything, adjusted whatever was necessary and gave it a clean bill of health. It was even washed. Had a good look at all the lovely big boys' toys there too. Headingley Sport Shop has been servicing my bikes and getting me the parts and gear I need for 15 years now. They are awesome, Steve and his service team especially. They are always prepared to work with me to get my service or parts needs met, and I have never had a problem that wasn't immediately resolved. I keep going back in large part because they get to know each one of my bikes and what it needs better than I do after a couple of service apointments. Here is a huge shoutout to the whole HSS team!
