Healthy planet has a wide variety of supplements, foods and products to inspire healthy living. The lovely blonde associate on Wednesday night, Jen has always been very helpful, patient, friendly. She is clearly passionate about wellness and always willing to take the time to help. She has recommended several products that brought me positive results. She suggested a delicious hot chocolate with the help of another associate Mike. Lot of information on products and what to expect. I am Grateful that Ancaster has a shop like this, with friendly staff and a wide array of healthy products.

Our first time here and we had many questions. Mike was more than helpful. He took the time to answer our questions, show us products, explain and compare different brands. I was in this location today looking for healthy ingredients for hair oils when i noticed that your security guard was watching my daughter and myself. I wasn't going to purchase anything when I noticed he was watching us. Being watched was making me upset. My daughter and and were talking about ingredients in hair oils and healthy shampoo. Your security guard was trying to make it look less obvious. He did an awful job, and it made me uncomfortable and upset that I wanted to leave. I did decide to purchase hair oil. I just wanted to leave your store. I like to go to a store and feel good about looking around and not having security follow me. I understand that theft is an issue. Making it obvious to customers that you don't trust them is an issue that needs to be addressed. Today I received very fast response by Healthly Plant Ancaster store's manager Andrea, via email and as well we both spoke on the phone about how I was feeling, what occurred, and that she will be addressing my concerns and follow up with their security team. Thank you for your kind words. Yes, I will be returning to your store.

I like coming here. Been coming to this location for around 4 years. I find in healthy planet the employees are always in extremes either way too helpful and overbearing when you’re just trying to look or completely unbothered that you are there or want to check out. Happy medium would be nice. It’s always nice when they offer to help but it can be too much when someone comes and offers to help several times throughout your visit. Overall I have no complaints about the store or the products. I have bought many items from here.

I walked into Healthy Plant Store in Ancaster, just looking for some vitamins, but I left feeling genuinely cared for and it’s all thanks to Ayannah. He has so much knowledge, it honestly blew me away. He didn’t just recommend vitamins; he explained the why behind each one, how they work together, and what would suit my specific needs. It felt like getting a mini health consultation, not just a quick shopping trip.
I’ve been trying to take better care of myself lately, and honestly, I wasn’t even sure where to start. He took the time to really listen to what I was going through and what I needed. He explained everything so clearly, without ever making me feel judged or overwhelmed. It honestly felt more like talking to a friend who truly cared than shopping at a store.
I walked out not just with the right supplements, but with a little more confidence in how to take care of my health. That means more than I can say.

Andrea whose name tag was labelled as “assistant manager” made my experience there today absolutely dreadful. There is no scanning code of practice policy at their store and due to this and the experience I had I will never go back. Ever.

Excellent service, great variety, one thing tho: you can do better with your receipts, a 15” receipt for 3 products is not contributing to a “healthy planet”
