I can’t say enough good things about my experience with HearCanada, particularly with Michelle and Glenda. From the moment I reached out, Michelle, the first point of contact, showed such warmth and hospitality. She was patient, attentive, and genuinely made me feel like my mom’s concerns were her top priority.

When we met with Glenda, the audiotherapist, it was clear that her care and expertise were equally exceptional. She took the time to listen, not only to my mom’s needs but also to my concerns as her advocate. Cost was a significant consideration for us, and both Michelle and Glenda went above and beyond to provide thoughtful recommendations that balanced affordability with quality. They explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, leaving us feeling confident and reassured that we were making the best decision possible.
