I had organized a blended first aid/COR course for 10 friends at my house. Help First Aid’s instructors was extremely knowledgeable, engaging and helpful. The opportunity to ask questions in a friendly and open space greatly enhanced the experience for our group. Feedback was overwhelming positive. Well worth the investment of time and money. We are an active group of skiers, hikers, cyclists, golfers and tennis players and all now feel much better prepared to deal with any emergencies that could arise.

After participating in a blended CPR/First Aid course this weekend in Blue Mts I feel like I have some really useful theory and practical first aid knowledge. The online portion was thorough and extensive. The hands on session was extremely well delivered. Our instructor was engaging and fast paced but really interested in our questions. I’m a Collingwood senior and hope I never have to perform CPR/FA duties - but if presented, this Red Cross curriculum has empowered me to perhaps make a difference in an emergency. Thank you - Red Cross - and well done!

I participated in the blended CPR/First Aid (BLS level) at “Help First Aid” today and could not recommend them enough! The instructor was very accommodating and considerate of my time constraint as a nursing student to complete the program before my due date at school, while making sure I was equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills confidently. I was given plenty of time to ask questions, and given many ways to remember these skills in difficult situations. I truly appreciate the fun, respectful and kind nature of this facility and will absolutely be returning for all my recertification's.

The course was great, all questions asked were answered. Instructor was excellent, explained everything in terms we understood, always asked if anyone had any questions. The room was perfect, very clean, and lots of windows. Will recommend HELP First Aid for sure.

I don't want to be the person who is not educated to save a life when it is just about doing a course. Time flew by and a good discussion during the course made me feel I can save a life if I needed to ..... take the course! Don't be that person who is "too busy" ..... to save a life.

HELP First Aid Collingwood provided me with excellent knowledge, interesting delivery, and a paperless course (including manuals, online learning, in-class practicum, and online final exam). The instructor Eliya brought an incredible amount of experience and exuberance to his teaching, managed the class and timing very well, and demonstrated a genuine openness to quesitons. The classroom is bright with daylight and offers easy parking. I would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you HELP First Aid!
