Home Hardware has everything you need n want..i brought Stove,Frigid,washing and Dryer..I always shop for cleaning supplies for my work place..like all their cleaning products..lots more to look for..winter supplies n even planting supplies..summer time go here to but already flowers to plant price are reasonable go check it out for Christmas toys n 🎁 best time now.

I would recommend going to La Crete home hardware. Very unhelpful and rude service staff. I ordered a part for a renovation and the day it's was supposed to be here that it's on back order . I was told by there service staff that there was nothing they could do to help me(even though it was there fault my renovation is delayed and now we have no main bathroom). Bought a variety light for $180 one out of three light shades fit, returned that, guess what it's on back order. When contacting by the manager because we asked to be to lodge a complaint, we found out there was something they could do to help me out. When we (my wife and I ) ask for an apology from there SERVICE STAFF member that was very rude and unhelpful, we were informed that they can't make there staff apologize to customers.

Three stars for clean and organized store and one star service. Consistently unable to get what you need unless you get the manager... Always make you feel like your inconveniencing the building supplies staff. Most recent case in point... Called to check stock on an item that is listed on the HH website and was told there was none in stock and they wouldn't order 4 as they would have to buy in huge bulk. Fair enough. Called LaCrete HH with the same question and they will be ready for pickup this Thursday.

As a long time resident of the area, what's puzzling is that there used to be a building centre and a home centre. Both stores were very good and somehow combining the two stores has created a disaster for customer service even though most of the staff are the same.

Internal staff unhappiness spilling out on the customer I'm not sure but even though I've waited for the growing pains to subside... It seems as consistent as the day the new site opened...BAD. 🙁
