The sales representative was fantastic. Every cost was clearly communicated and if there were any price changes to items I wanted added to my vehicle he notified me before proceeding.
Even with a great sales rep and finance department it was really the entire dealership that made the sale for us. Having previously purchased a vehicle at this dealership and having had nothing but positive interactions and honest service from both the parts and service departments it made this purchase easy to make.

My GMC 2024 Elevation broke down (transmission) about 350 km north of High Level Motors GMC, I contacted them and they immediately sent a tow truck with a flatbed. They diagnosed the problem with the truck promptly, ordered the part, and had me back on the road in under a week. Throughout my dealings with them they were extremely pleasant to deal with and very efficient. I would highly recommend them.

Called them to make in appointment to get a couple of recalls looked after, got in appointment for 10:30am Monday morning, they emailed me a “ Service appointment “ reminder a week in advance which I thought was good service, I don’t live In High Level and had to drive just over in hour to get there, got there at 10:20am, I talked to the service department about getting a couple other things looked at, they said no problem, I ask roughly how long I could expect it to take and was told about 2 hours, and I was like ok sounds good, at 12:45pm I ask if the truck was almost done and was told that it would be another 1 to 1-1/2 hours, I was like ok then I will go to the restaurant and eat lunch now, came back at 2pm and ask again, and then I was told that the truck wasn’t even taking into the shop yet and it would take another 2 hours, I was like are you kidding me ? I had in appointment for 10:30am ? And then he told me no that was a drop off time…. What ? Absolutely not, when I talked to them making that appointment it was in appointment, they didn’t say anything about a drop off time… and the email reminder that I got clearly says that it is a reminder about the “service appointment” I didn’t have time to sit around there for the whole day, I had other stuff to do then sitting around here and being lied to, so I had to cancel the appointment…. What kind of service is that ? This is a GM recall that GM wants me to get done, and these guys in High Level treating GM customers like that ? Unbelievable…

Heard some air hissing out of my tire the morning I head back to Edmonton. Showed up without an appointment and Jason and his team managed to squeeze me in. It was on the shoulder and they still managed to repair it for me! A sensor broke (happens sometimes even with lots of experience) during replacement and they called to notify me immediately and replaced it and fixed the tire on the house.
