We were fortunate to have almost the entire staff help us with the purchase of our Princecraft Pontoon boat, Kevin and Nicki in sales answered all our questions, Stefan helping us make sure trailer and boat were all good to go, Don the manager for making me feel comfortable as this was an emotional purchase for me. Recently had High River Autoplex Service team order and install the flat tow setup on my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit. Dale in parts had everything for the install within a few days. Phil in Service exceeded my expectations on the install, very clean and professional looking setup. The HR Autoplex team were great to work with and I am very happy with their work.

Last year 2022 in September we have purchased brand new Winnebago hike 171DB. Buying experience was Great and everything went well, paid 45K. Right from the beginning we had rust on the exoskeleton I was told to come by after camping season will be over for the repairs and any other things that will accumulate under first year warranty. At time of purchase we were told Winnebago is one of the best in class but let me tell you the quality is horrible as any other camper loose screws saw dust untill this day falls out of drilling holes. Rust and cracked mounting sports since brand new. As time come to do warranty work when we decided to have the repairs completed at first they will tell you that you may have to pay out of pocket for diagnostic if warranty decides that they will brain the issue on you and you have to authorize the work with the signature luckily it was not the case. Today we have picked up our trailer after 2nd attempt of fixing our black water flush system rear window seal door adjustment. The have left the trailer super clean and ready winterized, unfortunately picked it up with loads of saw dusts in the dinette area on the cushions storage compartment was trash and underbelly metal seal not screws in as it was and one side very loose of underbelly cover, plumbing that they were working on all factory brackets removed and left dangling loose, silicone around the window smerged like a 2 year old would do the job also silicone dropped on other parts of the exoskeleton, the rust not covered under warranty so I will take care of finishing it myself and repainting. Does anyone left have still pride in their job? I don't think so..... Before you decide to buy or service your unit at this location ask questions inspect carefully and think twice. I have already zip tied all plumbing and secured it myself. I have also made a video on my YouTube channel about the trailer as we picked up brand new here is the link and also attaching photos for the prove that it is not a lie.

They surely know how to slap on a dealership big sticker without buyer approval to advertise at customers expense for free that will be coming off at nearest opportunity if not they will have to take it off themselves. I will be also contacting Winnebago manufacturer myself to address all the problems and quality of service and workmanship. After all that tiny trailer costs a lot of my hard earned money.

Recently purchased my first ever trailer from High River Autoplex and the purchasing experience was second to none.

My first interaction was with Jeff Friesen last year when I was considering a trailer, unfortunately (or fortunately as it turned out) the trailer sold while I was still contemplating over several weeks.

Fast forward to March 2024 and I once again visited and met with Jeff who showed me various options that would suit my needs (requirements), again I was hesitant however Jeff was reassuring and offered me a smoking deal on a brand new Rockwood Signature unit.

yesterday I took delivery and Jeff once again was the consummate professional as we toured the unit and every conceivable question was answered. Once the walk through was completed I visited Corine Vanstone in the finance office to complete the deal and Corine was brilliant. Typically whether its a car, truck etc you are oversold on products you do not necessarily need, however Corine actually reduced what I perceived I needed and saved me $$$.

As I am now heading offshore for 5 weeks, High River Autoplex have no worries with me actually towing the unit away on my return from work an allowed me to store the unit there, they have been extremely accommodating towards me.

The overall experience from looking to finalizing the deal has been excellent and that in a large part is down to the amazing people I interacted with over the purchase, Jeff & Corine!

I have no hesitation in recommending High River Autoplex & RV for your RV / Trailer needs, it's guaranteed you'll have a great experience and leave there "A Happy Camper" 😉

Purchased a new Forest River Rockwood 8336BH
Nicki was our salesperson and did an excellent job informing us of the unit’s features. Made sure to check tow vehicle when looking at units we were interested in. They care about customer experience right from go. Was able to accommodate all our needs for the new rig with accessories. Entire staff were a pleasure to deal with. Happened to stop in couple times an other sales people helped with any questions we had. Would highly recommend if your in the market for an RV go check the High River Autoplex &RV.

Have never been treated so poorly when I took my unit there. Never again. Very rude, Michelle from service is so arrogant and condescending. All because I didn't buy my Renegade from that dealership. I would no ever recommend buying even one thing from these guys. $750 bill, didn't accomplish anything except spill dawn all over the place. Will take somewhere else to get warranty work completed.
Buyer beware. 350k motorhome and I've had better service from Walmart. Piss poor dealership. Renegade should source a different dealership that wants to add value instead of chasing customers away.

Had a good experience shopping here for our family trailer. No BS or anything surprising after purchase. Our sales lady Nicki was super and I will add that she kept her word and came out to our campsite in High River the weekend we picked up to make sure we were OK and to see if we had any questions... you honestly can't get any better customer service than that. Thank you.
The pick up went smooth. We are newbies and they helped show us how to do everything and helped equip us with what we would need to start out with. Compared with Wal-Mart they weren't excessively priced for accessories and at least someone will explain what to do and when etc.
So far we love our trailer. Our kids love it and it's already made us some memories.
