I would like to give a no star rating for this but I am not able to as they only are interested in the money they can get from it. The mobile home they rent out are being used by families and are very dilapidated to the point where they are mouse infested and God help you if you need repairs or have difficulty having the rent coinside with your salary pay for they will evict you with no thoughts on where you will go

I'd give this place a zero star if I could. They sooo badly want to clean this place up and set a bunch of rules but they break promises that they make and continue to charge and raise prices for services that we aren't even getting and it's literally the ghetto.

Don't think about this place they don't give a DAMN.. about you ,all they want is money 💰💰💰 the place is cold and infested with mice ... and we will be home less in less than a week...god forbid if you're late with the rip off rent... I've one hell of a story to tell about this place, can't keep there work force.....on n on n on .. still waiting for repairs from 2 years ago...Scum.....

I moved here in October, 2019. When I first moved here I found very quickly that the Cove manager here was bad. Even trying to get head office to step in and take responsibility was not happening.
In the first spring they dug up my drive and would not repair it.
In the winter the roads where never plowed.
There was no one at the office.
Pipes were breaking on a regular basis and only a causal effort at best to help.

The last break happened and reported late Saturday and they had someone in early Sunday to repair it. They have become very diligent and deal with challenges in a much more efficient and timely manner.
There has been a change of management.
My driveway was repaired this past spring, of 2021.
The roads are plowed the day it snows.
The nasty homes are in the works and are being repaired.
The folks that live here have always been wonderful. I am happy to say it is now a delightful place to live.

Cove has made some significant improvements since taking over two years ago like fixing the water break situation, paving the roads, kids play space. However they also increased the rent BOTH years they've owned it so, in a sense, the tenants paid for it.
The absolute best thing about this park is the manager Lorna! She is fantastic! She goes above and beyond for the tenants, the park and Cove. During a water break, I saw her out there at 7am and at 8pm, when I had a pipe break she crawled under my unit to see where it was, turned off me water and since I was new to town she helped me get a plumber in the next day! She is fantastic!!! I hope Cove knows what an asset she is to their company.

Bought my trailer, was promised when I purchased it, my yard would be done in 2018. It is now 2019 and pretty much nothing has been done. I pay lot fees for an unusable yard and keep getting the run around as to when it will be done. It's full if weeds, dirt and tree stumps that need to be removed. I thought quality of life was part of Coves motto, I guess not. All you want to do is suck everyone dry and not even follow through with your promises. Thought things would be better once they bought the trailer park, my expectations were completely wrong. If I could give you zero stars, I would.

High River Village is a dump of a mobile home park.
EXTREMELY NEGLECTED WITH ABANDONED TRAILERS THAT ARE AN EYESORE. POORLY MAINTAINED PARK. Management will lie and deceive you to buy. My daughter bought a trailer with parking on both sides of the trailer as clearly defined on the Land Use Map of High River as well as verbally told by 2 Cove Management employees. After 1 1/2 years parking on one side of her trailer the next door neighbor was told they could have the parking space directly next to her trailer without any verbal or written notice to my daughter. She leased the lot as a whole not to be divided up and given the neighbor to use for their parking. This is wrong and whoever in Coves management made the decision to do this better rescind. I expect a response from Cove's lawyer to this matter. FURTHERMORE a derelict vehicle with no back bumper or license plate and leaking fluids has been parked in that space for over 2 weeks. ONE MORE EYESORE TO HIGH RIVER VILLAGE.

The improvements over the past few months have really improved the park. Lorna is always working to make sure the park is at its best and cares about the park and the people. The Neighbours are great and there is a sense of community here.
