We visited this store after the recommendation from our contractor. We purchased whole garage package and it’s pretty reasonable as compared to other stores in the city. The service was quick and workers are pretty knowledgeable and helpful. The location is amazing with lots of parking spots. They have nice set up inside the store, once you enter the store, on your right hand side a big set of pretty cloths and antiques(home decor, women purses, jewelry etc.) store is quite big and they keep it very clean and organized.
Overall experience was good!

Top notch service at this store. We purchased our bathroom vanity that was only available online and delivered to this store for pickup. One of the store managers, Kevin, even let us order one in a few months prior and take a door home to ensure the color of the stain matched our needs. When we were ready to order again a few months later the vanity came extremely well packaged, is excellent quality and is absolutely beautiful! Kevin even let us match the online sale price that showed up online within a couple of weeks of us picking up the vanity. Would not hesitate to use the Coaldale Home Hardware store for their services for Reno needs or be worried about ordering vanities online !

When I buy a product and find out I need a different product that's similar and want to exchange it but can't because it's missing a piece when it didn't even come with that many pieces in the box. Cashier says it was a "closed" box when it in fact has a hole in the front. Love how I now have to buy an extra light switch to return it because I don't need them.

Big store, lots of stock, and great staff.
Every time I walk into this place, I am greeted with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I am pleasantly surprised when I compare this building supply store with the large stores in Lethbridge.

Local convenience however my BIG beef is it only opens 9am on Saturdays. Pretty useless for people who work long days during the week wanting to get a early start on Saturday mornings. I just go to Lethbridge and get 2 hrs head start on my projects.
