It’s a beautiful store with a range of goods
For home use and for contractors.
For those small renovations, cleaning supplies.
My favourite is the Yeti merchandise shelves.
Winter collection of toques, mitts, scarves. Surprisingly good quality stuff.
It’s well organized, very clean, orderly.
Staff are helpful and polite.

Wow! This is the most beautiful Home Hardware store I’ve ever seen. It’s like a giant department store with a cafe, gift shop, sporting goods shop, clothing boutique, kitchenwares center, garden center, toy shop and even a pet shop…oh and yes, tons of hardware and building supplies also. Incredible! I loved shopping here. The staff were so warmly welcoming and friendly as well as extremely knowledgeable about all the various products in each department. Wish this was a template for all Home Hardware stores.

This Home Hardware in terms of lots of different things for sale is awesome beautiful store...but the customer skills level is THE WORST!!! Difficult to find help then when you find someone they know nothing...or they aren't welcoming ...

I asked for a color. The Seller told me they don't have that color. Then She said they have different information for contractors or for private.Then she called a security and I was forcefully removed from the store and was told to never come back.

I worked with this company part time, in the lumber yard back in 2015 while I was a student.

This company will fire you for doing absolutely wrong, just to hire temporary foreign workers to pay them far less.

Do not trust the owners of this company (The Rourka Family).

Being watched, and hearing loudly by an employee “I have to watch this guy”… I went in for a brush and a plastic scraper lol

Of course I had a bag but it was small enough to maybe put a stapler, but maybe big enough to fit a cabinet in?…

Who knows… I’ve never had a team on me and then hearing another employee with a I’m ear radio say “okay I’m here” every aisle I’ve been in.

What am I going to steal?
I felt rushed out the door
I’ll return again and take pics to further prove my point on how bad my experience was.

Definitely 5 stars from our family, we love shopping at store, especially we love the Timber coffee, the staff is very friendly and so helpful. They will make sure your order is done quickly and make sure that’s what you ask for. The food is great, we love all the seasonal drinks and of course, the ice cream is our favourite. Will be our regular visit place for sure.
