We have been using HomeChek CNP for many years and it gives us a comfort feeling that our place is looked after when we are not there. I really like Braden's written updates on his checkups which the past owners did not provide. He is very proactive if he does find any issues and helps solve any issues. HomeChek CNP and Braden have made time away from my home in the CNP worry free. Braden provides exceptional services and is 💯 % reliable and trustworthy. Braden does an absolutely amazing job of taking the time and care to check all the big and the little things throughout his HomeCheks. He’s caught a few situations in time to prevent disastrous outcomes. An example was finding the house at 7 degrees in the middle of winter, the furnace had quit working. Braden’s quick response saved the day & my pipes from freezing!
I am grateful for the other services that HomeChek provides as well, coming home to shoveled walks in the winter or mowed lawns in the summer, makes my time here less work filled & my time away stress free. I highly recommend HomeChek CNP. Thank you, Braden!!!

Where do I begin illustrating the value of Homechek CNP? Braden is the most devoted of business owners, from being very detail oriented to being endlessly helpful in ensuring and maintaining a confident feeling being away from one's property. We can contact Braden at any time of day if we have a concern and from there he makes it his goal to alleviate those concerns. Yes, I refer to us as "we", however I am a detail oriented gal & Braden NEVER has me feeling I am asking too much - even all the while maintaining his affordable prices for many years! My husband and I have been using HomeChek CNP for several years. I have to say, they are great and I just don't worry when Braden is looking after our home. If anything does go wrong Braden takes the initiative to look after it letting us know right away what has happened. Example, our fridge quite working about a week after we were away and Braden noticed it right away, moved everything to the freezer and fridge in the basement and emailed us right away with the details. We feel confident when we are away that our home is being taken care of.
