I cannot thank the ICU team at Kingston Hospital enough for the exceptional care they provided to my mum during her stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff demonstrated professionalism, compassion, and unwavering support. They kept us informed every step of the way and treated my mum with kindness and respect.

Their dedication to patient care is truly remarkable, and it made a world of difference during such a difficult time for our family. I am forever grateful for their hard work and commitment. Thank you for everything!

Great care at sunshine ward and a and e nurses, doctors and hca's were brilliant. I can't thank them enough this hospital is outstanding although I had to wait 23 hours on a trolley in a and e. Thanks again

Nurse Charlotte b (sunshine ward) was excellent for us, helped us through a very stressful time we are still here after day 5 but leaving a review just to let all the team know keep going I know hours can be long but your a big help to our family ? thanks all Kingston hospital staff

Absolutely ridiculous conduct!
You take a month to book an appointment for my mom for a kidney infection that you already diagnosed and want to see her again as the infection is persistent and gotten worse, and then on the day of her appointment just because YOU messed up you have to cancel and book her in for NOVEMBER!!! Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. All of you should be ashamed. And you have the guts to lie to me telling me it just happened while you have tried to make her cancel her appointment from this morning giving her ridiculous excuses! So far this hospital has been nothing more than a disappointment. Your admin department as well should be trained better on lying to people. Then maybe we can actually believe the absolute BS that comes out of their mouths. I hope someone does something for this situation as the only thing you know how to do properly is charging people ridiculous money for the parking! Shame an all of you

Visited A&E children section. Now they’ve renovated the A&E and separated out the waiting area for children vs general A&E waiting area which is very helpful. In the children area, there are quite a lot toys to play while waiting. Parking is payable during certain hours. We visited on the evening of a Friday which is free.

Good sized hospital, well maintained and a pleasure to be served by wonderful medical staff. Plenty of waiting areas and catering outlets. OK, the waiting times can be a pain, even for pre-booked appointments, but they were bearable – once called, you get through the pre-screening quickly then get seen promptly. There are always new architectural additions to the hospital site and brand new equipment. My missus had an appointment in the new Willow Building – loved the interiors and waiting area. In my opinion, one of the better NHS hospitals in the country. You’re all doing a stellar job, the medical teams and support staff.

I have always found the staff to be pleasant and professional. Waiting times can be long but to be expected with the pressure of numbers. We are fortunate to have such a good hospital in Kingston.
Parking can be a problem so allow plenty of time.

Wonderful team of nurse and doctors at sunshine and dolphin wards, I had my daughter mahima looked after with great care. The dinnner lady is such a gem lovely person , great seeing her after a year and half since maternity. Keep up the great work, NHS needs our support and staff need our applause and government needs to look after these hard workers
