Very quick but...

Staff was not friendly at all. 0 good mornings or smiles, everyone seemed miserable. They also helped themselves to opening my tailgate and taking everything out. Which is great for speed but I'd rather them not touch my vehicle while handling paint. They also took paint I had in a tote out and placed it on my tailgate. The point of the tote was to protect the box/tailgate in case it spilled. 1 guy also dragged his coat against my tailgate because they wanted the truck as close as possible to the door leaving very little room to work.

Speed is great but poor customer service and risk of vehicle damage isn't worth it

I wanted to drop used engine oil and I couldn't because this place just works a few days per year!! Embarrassing.
I will need to take my waste to another province, because this loosing city is so badly managed.
The city's council (questionable competence) just demand taxes increase, but deliver to the payers and citizens NO.
They could give jobs for so many people and have the services open, but give free money "looks" better!!

Many people in the city complain they're never open, but their toxic taxi comes to your house 5 days a week completely free ... so why not take advantage of the program instead of complaining that "you couldn't drop it off your self" call toxic taxi (it's dispatched from this location) your household non commerical waste goes here anyway... take advantage of the program...

Its a joke. A city with almost 200,000 people and the only place to dispose of hazardous household waste is only ever open on a few Saturdays a month.

Pathetic actually. No wonder the bush and back roads are full of it.
