Went to hub climbing Markham. compared to the Mississauga location It is a totally different gym. The climbs are not that great with most of them being ladders with harder hold. The root setters there clearly have no idea what they are doing. Everything seems super lazy. I could be climbing a V4, but in reality it’s like a V1 with slopers. Most of the climbs are like ladders with the difficulty being the type of hold used. When the gym is busy It’s nearly impossible to climb anything safely as there are children running around everywhere with no supervision and the staff are always at the front desk. To top it all off the gym cleanliness is a rating of zero. It’s absolutely disgusting with Band-Aids and tape lying around everywhere garbage on the floors chalk everywhere I will never be coming back to this location. What a mess.

Respond to owner: I walked past the front desk as I have already climbed at this gym before, and I asked permission by the front desk staff look at the gym as I was looking to get a membership and I wanted to see everything that the gym had to offer. that clearly went out the window after seeing the disaster in front of me.

The indoor climbing gym has a great overall environment—clean, well-maintained, and spacious. The staff provides thorough and detailed safety instructions, ensuring a secure experience for everyone. The only downside is that the price is a bit high, but overall, it’s a fantastic place to climb!

Cool place and fun place for all age.. 👍👍👍great place to spend with your buddles and challenge each others. Helps built muscles 💪💪💪💪💪😁😁😁 but recommend sign up because of the waiver if you are under age. Otherwise can be stressful😬

Went here with 3 family’s gathering. It’s a clean and fun place for kids 6-14. We had a smooth check in and waiver signing with the amazing Tate! He was super patience with all 6 kids

We really like this place: different options and levels for climbing.
My kid loves summer camps at this location, always fun! Every year we have a few weeks at this location.

Staff is so great: kind and professional, creative and friendly.
Taryn is so wonderful with all kids.
They have a new learning area for small kids as well.

Highly recommend this climbing place for kids and adults as well.

My friend recommended this place to me to try out so I went here for the first time. I tried my hands on bouldering, the facility and staff were great. As a first timer I was given an introduction on safety, climbing techniques and the different level colours represented. Other climbers around were very encouraging and helpful, I was very happy to complete 4 climbs for my very first time being there. The price for a day pass and rental shoes were fare especially knowing that you can leave and comeback within the day. I would definitely comeback to climb again and Ive already recommended Hub Climbing to my friends and would recommend it to anyone looking to try the sport out.

It was my first time there and I enjoyed a lot firstly I was hesitating to do such activity for the first time in my life but when I started climbing it was a real fun I was tied with. Harness and whenever I came down it was like I am flying seriously best indoor fun activities for all ages no age limit best rates and everything was available there you can rent shoes there but you have to fill waiver forms which took almost 15 minutes then they provide you orientation training you can learn in 5 minutes must try activity specially in winter time they have drinks and snacks too you can buy a small treat in between and much more things to be avail when you will visit you will get to know good luck

I've been climbing here as my main gym for the past 6 months and my experience has been splendid. I only boulder, so I won't have much to say about the auto belay.

They offer both bouldering and auto belay

The climbs are great. The grades are well set. The difficulty ranges from v1 to v8+, however they do have a kilterboard, moonboard and a moon board, so for those who want more of a challenge, those options are available.

In the designated bouldering area, it's split into about 5-6 sections. 2 walls are rotated every month. So you'll have a fresh wall every week or so.

The auto belay walls are quite tall, and like the bouldering area, they have a wide range of problems to choose from.

The building is easy to navigate, and the staff are helpful.
