I was very satisfied with the overall experience. The staff were professional, friendly, and provided clear instructions at every stage. All the Ielts staff were really great and friendly there was a girl on the desk, she even gave me a call before my speaking test so that I could reach on time before the registration start. Overall, they all were amazing

it would be better,
if you can give chance to us write this exam with pencils
where we can erase it to look more neat and tidy from ourside.
Please allow us to use pencil and erasers
also make faster process of results for written base as test with computers.

Talking about the whole experience I am quite unsatisfied about the few things. Firstly, our writing, listening and reading test started after 10:00am which was supposed to start from 9:30am.Moving about the speaking test, again I got my turn 1 hour late than my actual time, and even after It was my turn and I went to give my speaking test, I need to wait more 10-15 minutes for the test taker person inside the classroom. Can you imagine, you are already so much stressed out, and want to finish your test and came out from there but then you are told to wait because the test taker was not online.

It was good over-all. It might be helpful to have signs at the main entrance and once you get inside to point out where the exact testing area is. The email we received said there were arrows to follow but in reality there weren't.

Everything was great, but the sound from the headphones were all over the place. It was hard to concentrate hearing all those listening test voices from headphones. Maybe some better quality headphones will solve this problem

Best volunteer or workers I would say.
Got the help I wanted from them.
Specially the manager was really helpful, she managed the speaking slot for me at the end moment.
