I recently gave my IELTS test at this centre and my speaking experience was extremely disappointing. From the very first question the examiner kept interrupting me and repeatedly asking “why” before I could even finish my answers. She did this so many times that it felt less like a test and more like I was being interrogated. Because of this my confidence completely dropped. I couldn’t express myself properly for the rest of the test. I’ve taken IELTS before at other centres and I have never experienced an examiner being so rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend this centre. The environment was stressful and the examiner’s behaviour made it impossible to perform at my best.

Worst Experience – TRF Delay Affected My Work Permit Process

I took my IELTS General Training test at this center in March 2025, and even after nearly two months, I still haven't received my Test Report Form (TRF). I urgently need this document to apply for my work permit, and the delay has created serious problems for my immigration process.

Despite multiple emails and a follow-up clearly stating the urgency due to a scheduled interview, I received only an automated reply and no further response. I also asked if I could collect the TRF in person or get a digital copy, but no one provided any help or instructions.

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. For an expensive, internationally recognized exam, the lack of responsibility and communication is unacceptable. I would not recommend this center to anyone who needs timely results for immigration or career purposes.

Terrible experience at this test center. The speaking examiner was unprofessional and rushed through questions, interrupted my answers, and didn’t create a comfortable testing environment. It felt completely unfair and not up to IELTS standards. My last IELTS speaking score was 8, and this time I got 6.5, which makes no sense given my performance. On top of that, I received my results in just one day, not even 24 hours, which is highly unusual and raises concerns about the authenticity of the scoring. Very disappointed. Would not recommend this center.

I took my computer-based IELTS test at IDP Markham on March 21, 2025. I received my results online, but I have not yet received my physical Test Report Form (TRF) at my mailing address. I have already sent an email to IDP regarding this issue, but unfortunately, I have not received any response yet.

This delay and lack of communication is disappointing, especially when the TRF is important for my future plans. I hope someone from the IDP team can look into this matter and help me get my TRF as soon as possible

I wrote my test on 26th April 2025. Its pen paper based and I got my online result on 9th April but there is no any information regarding TRF. How can I access my TRF or is there any option to pick this up from the centre. There is no any contact number for the this specific centre to address our issue instead they ask to email which they are willing to reply in around 2-3 business days. Its very frustrating as TRF is important document to apply a work permit. They should provide us a soft copy of TRF which we can access online. Please give me clear reply, dont tell that our team will reach out.
