I have my son enrolled and he loves it. Great Master instructors great atmosphere. I can see how much the instructors love teaching and their jobs. They are very attentive, disciplined and caring. The kids respond very well to them. They make learning fun and get all kids involved. They carry the tradition of the sport in every way. I would recommend this class to any parent. 10/10

We started at Ignite during the pandemic in the tiny tikes program for my younger girls. They absolutely loved it!! Such a fun intro program for the little ones. They were sad to move up as they got older lol. They have gained confidence and strength especially my middle one who lacked physical core strength. There are days when my younger kids get upset/tired from their school day and it continues into the tkd class. The Masters are great about helping and encouraging the kids in these tough situations.

My eldest was taking tkd elsewhere when my younger ones started at Ignite. We ended up switching her to Ignite and she has made significant improvements since including now participating in tournaments. Her awareness, body control and confidence have improved so much in addition to sparring.

I really appreciate the flexibility they provide despite being open 3 days a week in Markham. As a mom of 3 girls, I also really liked that Master Kelly is a good role model as a female master and encourages/pushes them (in a positive way) to be their best. Master Lin has a great way of making things fun to help them with remembering proper forms (which is so important for the kids). I also appreciate their straightforward honesty/encouragement/ support with my kids' abilities/improvements. Both the masters and their team are always so great with the kids providing a good mix of fun yet providing the discipline needed in tkd. And all the parents are so nice to each other. It's like a big family. 🙂 For us, the girls learn and reap the benefits of martial arts as well as having fun at Ignite.
