I started seeing Anup for a hand injury in December. He doesn't ask for consent. I had to ask him to explain what the machines do and how they work, all while he was hooking me up. This is a BIG issue for me, as I have had bad experiences with health care professionals doing treatments without my informed and affirmative consent before. A lack of protest does NOT equal consent!

In all the appointments I went to him over 2 months, he never once examined my hand again after that first appointment. When I told him my symptoms had changed and worsened, he said he'd take a look again. But he didn't. And he didn't look at it the following appointment either. This was the absolute last straw for me. He wasted all my benefits on these machines that may or may not actually do anything, and my hand is in worse condition than when I started.

Anup is a great Phsiotherapist. He is so patient in listening to your concerns and he takes the time to explain everything to you regarding your injury. He treats you with care. All the staff are super friendly and caring, and you can always expect a warm welcome as you enter the clinic. I will definitely recommend Impact Health Strathmore to people I know who need the service.

I injured my wrist at work and Living in strathmore, I chose Impact as my go to place for recovery. I’ve been coming here 3 days a week over a month now and I feel amazing. I’m fully healed just in time for summer. Everyone here is so friendly and they did a great job all around. I highly recommend Impact to anyone living in the area.

Anup has been instrumental in getting our 8 months old son to roll and do tummy time. When we went into Anup, we were frustrated from not getting the kind of help he needed from other providers. Anup was up for the challenge and wasn't scared off by our sons strong will and big tears. He is now 10 months old and I am happy to report and with a grateful heart to Anup, our kiddo is rolling and sleeping on his tummy. Thank you for working with our boy and would highly recommend moms and dads to take their littles to him.

I suffered a torn rotator cuff injury in may of 2022. The tear was treated initially through physiotherapy alone. Anup was excellent and incredibly knowledgable, however eventually in December 2022 it was decided that surgery would be required to repair the tear. Surgery took place in January 2023 and subsequently physiotherapy was carried out until such time as a full recovery was achieved this was at the end of May 2024. Throughout this long period Anup, and his team of Amy and Mary Beth were incredibly professional and helpful. I am more than happy to recommend them to anyone in need of treatment.

I've been seeing Anup at Impact Health for several months due to a work related wrist injury and post surgery. When I first started seeing him my pain was a consistent 6/10 and some days would be worse. I had limited movement in my thumb and very little strength in my hand. Fast forward to today and I am having my last session before returning to work. My strength is back to normal and my pain is almost gone.

During my time there I also saw Ron for massage therapy and within 2 sessions my lower back pain (that I've suffered with for years!) was gone and I was sleeping soundly through the night and pain free. Anup also saw my son for sports related knee injury and was so kind and explained things to my 13 year old about what was wrong with his knee and how everything would work to get it feeling better. Amy at the front desk is amazing as well - she is very welcoming and always has a smile on her face. She works hard to balance appointments around my hectic schedule and deals with all of the billing headaches! I would highly recommend Anup and his team. They are friendly, understanding and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

I came to them with pregnancy pains in my lower hips and thighs and over the course of time we managed to get rid of them. Couldn't be happier with the service and the skilled hands. It's nice not to be in pain.

I called Impact Health out of the blue as I needed physio for an injury. They were amazing. The ladies that help you with your appointments, getting settled when you go, were very kind and helpful. Anup, my physiotherapist, knew exactly what was wrong. He explained everything so you understood the problem and the exercises that you took home. He spent the right amount of time with you to work on you and explain things at every appointment. You never felt rushed, you felt like your injuries were important and they were there to help you recover. All questions were taken seriously and time was given to answer them. With Anup's help, I have recovered. I would highly recommend Impact Health for your physio needs.
