I recently had the pleasure of visiting Inner Light, and I can honestly say it was a transformative experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt enveloped in a warm, calming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The space is beautifully designed, creating a serene environment that is perfect for relaxation and healing.

The Reiki session was nothing short of magical. Jessica is incredibly skilled and intuitive, guiding me through a journey of deep relaxation and self-discovery. I could truly feel the energy shifting, and I left feeling lighter, more balanced, and rejuvenated.

The sound bath was equally enchanting. The vibrations of the singing bowls washed away any lingering tension and stress. It was an immersive experience that allowed me to connect with my inner self on a profound level.

What I appreciated most was the attention to detail and the genuine care that Inner Light provides. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, making you feel welcomed and supported throughout your visit.

I highly recommend Inner Light to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. I can’t wait to return for another session!

Inner Light is such a great space for everyone. As one of the few men who attends classes regularly, I always feel welcome and at home here, especially being new to yoga, meditation, reiki and all the other great healing services offered. You feel the positive and peaceful energy of the space as soon as you walk through the doors. It's been life changing for me. I highly recommend anyone who has thought about giving yoga or meditation a try but has been hesitant to do so, to try a class out. You won't be disappointed.

I thoroughly enjoyed my INNER LIGHT FACIAL….the product line O Cosmedics is heavenly. It smells sooo good, and doesn’t have all that nasty stuff in it. Receiving reiki while the mask was on was divine. I couldn’t believe how relaxing it was, peaceful yet energizing….and my skin was glowing afterwards…I didn’t even want to put any make up on. If you haven’t been…take some time and book your appointment now. ..and while you are there you may even decide to make it a wholistic day….maybe some cards, reiki, yoga, meditation….whatever it is it will be exactly what your Soul is calling for.
