Such a wonderful historic experience. The tour guides were knowledgeable, and ready and willing to answer questions. We thoroughly enjoyed visiting Irving House, a step into the past.

It was great seeing a house so well preserved in its time period and as it was being decorated for Christmas. The tour and info was fantastic. I would add more pictures but I don't want to spoil it, a visit in person is well worth the time.

If you are into heritage houses and history, this is the place for you. I donated $2 so it was affordable to visit. I like how the tour guides shared the history of the house. It was well kept. Only downside is that it is only open on weekends. Definitely recommended!

One of the best historical sites I have visited in Metro Vancouver, the tour guides were super friendly with their indescribable enthusiasm. Don't forget to visit here if you are visitng Metro Vancouver for a short time.

A hidden gem in the historic city of new westminster.
Scottish and British inspired architecture as well as interiors. Even if you are not much of a history enthusiast, you'd like this place. They give you a guided tour of the house. The staff is friendly and they guide you through the house very nicely. Sculptures and artifacts from the Victorian period are all over the house. Overall a nice experience.
(Don't forget to keep some change for donation by choice, also when you are done with the tour ask them to tell some exciting ghost stories and incidents.)
