Miss for Irving:
Employee nice
Place clean
Following through on policy poor
Went to buy something we needed for our supper and the sticker price was 7$ was charged 10$ because it didn’t ring through and when pointed out the error I was told in a nice way it’s not in the system so I need to charge 10$. I pointed out that the remaining ones are all 7$ but it still was manually put in as 10$. For math that’s 30% more.
Went to the esso where the prices were followed properly.

Super dirty, looks like it hasn't been cleaned all day, have only small cups, no good slushies , most are always watery anyways. Prices are THROUGH THE ROOF, 5$ for 400ml of orange juice and such mind-blowing prices like never seen

Visited this location around 9pm May 17th 2025.
I needed the ATM and was gonna buy snacks to watch the hockey game. The music was very loud with vulgar lyrics. Not exceptible for this type of establishment.
I ended up grabbing cash and walking out empty handed.

Your typical Irving stop. located on Irving Blvd. Good place for fuel up, use rest room or grab a quick snack.

Irving Oil has done a lot of good for New Brunswick. That being said we really appreciate the really clean washrooms, efficient service and great selection of products in the convenience stores. The attitude of some staff at some locations when it comes to the summer Pump Up the Fun contest is ridiculous! Some locations the staff are mature enough to know, hey, it's just a fun contest. Too many other locations they seem to take it as a personal mission that any customer never leave the store after a gas and/or store purchase with more than one contest ticket, if they even offer them one. Some places staff have to be asked for one and hand them over only grudgingly. I understand there are prizes at stake and the staff are working for minimum wage but come on people. Either embrace appreciating your customers through this fun contest or don't. But keep your weird half way suspicious reluctance to hand out game tickets and not enjoying the contest for yourself. Same for the location managers, who if what some location staff is true are encouraging/training staff to ONLY hand out one ticket per customer if at all. What is it personally to you if the customers ahead of someone choose not to take the offered tickets and an interested customer takes the discarded tickets instead of the store staff grabbing them back like their life depends on it.

Very poor service by the night staff! i work night shifts somewhere else in bouctouche and Irving being the only place that's open it might as well be closed because I've seen myself meany meany time waiting outside for the employees too let me fuel sometimes UP TOO 15-20 minutes!! When you only have 15 minutes breaks and your standing in the freezing cold for 10 minutes ringing the doorbells wasting your entire break for a simple service that wouldn't even take a minute is simply outrageous.I would understand if it would've only happen a few times but that's not the case here it happens almost every single time i go. If a manager or someone in charge would like too know more i would be glad too answer questions
