I had a really great experience. My laptop stopped turning on (a nightmare for a university student) and Jump+ quoted me 3-5 days turnaround time, so I decided to try iService. They said to expect 2-3 days turnaround, but my laptop was fixed and picked up in less than 24 hours. They were super helpful and seemed genuinely passionate about the work they are doing. Would highly recommend!

I highly recommend iService for the repair of your Apple product(s). The service I received this morning was fast, efficient and courteous, and cost was 15% less than the quote I received from the local Jump store, which promised, but failed to have the work done in two hours. When I arrived at Jump over 3 hours later to pick up my phone they had not even begun to do the service! So I demanded my phone back and took it to iService on Alfred St.

Jordan and his team are awesome. Friendly, professional, quick and reasonable price. They figured out what was wrong with my Mac Mini, updated the firmware and installed a fresh version of Monterey in about 4 hours. Will def go to them again.

I brought my MacBook Air in after it was absolutely soaked it water. iService was the only place I could find that had a service aimed at remedying the issue. They fixed my computer in a timely manner and for a price FAR lower than any other repair option I could find elsewhere. Incredibly happy with their service, and my computer is working perfectly again. Will go back here with any problems I have with Apple products in the future.
