I only go there to drop off electronics monthly. It's often pretty busy in the bottle area. The staff are always friendly when asking questions. And Darren is hilarious to chat with and super knowledgeable.

I find the staff to be helpful and compared to some recycle centers I have used in the past, the drop off areas are usually clean and the dump smell is absent (except for hot days!)

Staff is generally rude and miserable. Must be a terrible place to work. The two ladies one with blonde hair and the other shorter elderly lady are the rudest most miserable. Hate dealing with either. The last time I went in there was a really nice friendly younger lady working she was friendly and smiles, while the blonde stood at the next til grimissing....it sucks dealing with either of these women. Find new jobs ladies!!clearly you hate what you do

Lazy people can't work on a Tuesday after Thanksgiving weekend after they already had their stat. Just because you guys are not open on Monday, doesn't mean the city should have to be put out not knowing and driving there only to find out you guys are lazy

No sorting inside because they are still scared of covid...
Even tho they are handling the bottles all day. Makes NO sense.
You have to stand outside in a dusty gravel parking lot in the rain, snow, and sun.
People always dropping stuff off the carts into the middle of the road.
Usually very busy and no sink to wash your sticky hands.
Dont waste your time, just donate your bottles.
Wont be going back.

No sorting inside, should make things easy to drop off and get out. I only go there maybe 3 times, but every time its something new. This time they wanted my milk containers separated by size and brand. I can understand the separation of alcoholic, ves non-alcoholic, and plastic ves aluminium. but come on, all sized non-alcoholic plastic, all sized milk containers as so on, and so on, go in the same truck to the same company, and the fees are all the same. What a joke. Its no wonder why people leave it for the curbside pickup, or just dump them in the bush.

Go up
